How to Make a Woman Feel Special #Romance #Dating

Welcome to Advice Bench

Available on Amazon

I stumbled on these extremely heart-fluttering ideas on how to make a woman feel special last week. My younger brother posted these original statements on his Facebook. I was so touched, I had to re-blog the post. Every single statement rings true.

You can print this post and discuss it with your husband or boyfriend if he lacks the skill to make you feel great. And if your loved one is packed full of passion, then, you are blessed. Treat him with love in return.

From my experience, many men have no clue how to treat a woman right.

When she walks away from you mad:
Follow her.

When she stares at your mouth:
Kiss her.

When she pushes you or hits you:
Grab her and don’t let go.

When she starts cussing at you:
Kiss her and tell her you love her.

When she's quiet:
Ask her what’s wrong.

When she ignores you:
Give her your attention.

When she pulls away:
Pull her back.

When you see her at her worst:
Tell her she's beautiful.

When you see her start crying:
Just hold her and don’t say a word.

When you see her walking:
Sneak up and hug her waist from behind.

When she's scared:
Protect her.

When she lays her head on your shoulder:
Tilt her head up and kiss her.

When she steals your favourite shirt:
Let her keep it and sleep with it for a night.

When she teases you:
Tease her back and make her laugh.

When she doesn’t answer for a long time:
Reassure her that everything is okay.

When she looks at you with doubt:
Back yourself up.

When she says that she likes you:
She really does more than you could understand.

When she grabs at your hands:
Hold hers and play with her fingers.

When she bumps into you:
Bump into her back and make her laugh.

When she tells you a secret:
Keep it safe and untold.

When she looks at you in your eyes:
Don’t look away until she does.

When she misses you:
She's hurting inside.

When you break her heart:
The pain never really goes away.

When she says its over:
She still wants you to be hers.

When she reposts this bulletin:
She wants you to read it.

One train journey changes their lives.

Glamorous TV host, Onome Keyamu is a hard nut to crack. She knows what she wants, so giving her heart to any man is out of the question. While sexy Football Coach and Fitness Instructor, Roman Gordon has set rules – not to mix business with pleasure.

Roman and Onome have nothing in common, or so they believe. They have no room in their lives for an emotional relationship. Will one sleepover take care of their sexual desires or will it push them into the arms of other partners?

 Quotes from Tempting Desire

‘You’re so disrespectful and offensive, Roman. I can’t believe you’re real. For a white man, you’re a little too rough around the edges. Get on some polish.’ Onome Keyamu.

‘Sounds like you want to start talking. I’ll just add that for a black woman, you are so rude and full-on.’ ~ Roman Gordon.

More Quotes

‘My heart beats for you, Roman. You sneak into my thoughts, take charge of my dreams, make my skin tingle and whisper sweet words in my ears.’ - Onome Keyamu.

‘What I really want to do is seduce you until you tell me to take you to my bed.’ ~ Roman Gordon.

Roman pulled Onome into his arms. No words were spoken or needed. Their bodies fused. He caressed her neck, and trailed his tongue down her exposed cleavage. Liquid fire speared her chest. She moaned as current trickled down her stomach.

Oh, she wanted so much more.

Roman pushed one thigh between hers. She grasped his shoulders and their eyes collided. Her body shuddered in his arms as fireworks hissed in her chest. With heavy lidded eyes, she begged, ‘Roman darling, please not here, please.’

He withdrew his fingers.

‘This is a first for me, Onome. Usually, I take what I want. If I want a woman, and she wants me, we end up between the sheets.’ His fingers grazed the sensitive flesh beneath her breasts.

She touched one finger to his lips. ‘I’m different. I choose the men I fall into bed with, Roman.’

‘I don’t have the time for a relationship. Too time consuming, Onome. The last thing I need is a demanding woman tearing my busy schedule into shreds.’ His voice was like a caress.

Holding his sapphire blue gaze for a long moment, she quipped. ‘We’re two of the same kind, Roman. My schedule is so choked at the moment. I can’t find room large enough to fit you in. Besides, I’ve no time for serious commitment.’

His eyes dimmed and his lips curled at one end.

Book Blurb:

Vic and Ramona Stafford have been together for fifteen years and married for twelve.
To the outside world they have everything most people dream of – an attractive spouse, a beautiful home, two smart, good looking sons, and a half-million dollar annual income.
But no one knows what’s really going on between them. Do they have what it takes to keep professional pressure, loneliness and outside temptations from destroying their seemingly perfect marriage?

EXCERPT

When he entered the room lined with books, which had belonged to his parents and all of his brothers, Nick was sitting on the edge of the desk holding a folded newspaper. Vic closed the door. “What do you want to show me? Are you in some kind of trouble?”
“No, but you might be.” He opened the paper and handed it to Vic. “Turn to page nineteen.”
Vic looked at the front page and frowned. “Rolling Out? I doubt there’s anything in there I’d want to read?”
His brother crossed his arms and waited while he thumbed through the pages then froze when he saw the pictures. When he flicked on the green banker’s lamp sitting on the table, he wished he hadn’t. The local entertainment/news tabloid had a center spread of events around the city from the previous weekend. The chain on the lamp swung wildly when he slammed his hand on the table seeing the shots of Mona and Patterson dancing together. In one he had his hands on her hips, and in the other hers were clasped around his neck. These were worse than the Jezebel photos. Vic cursed, folded the paper and shoved it under his arm.
“Did you know about this?”
“Yeah, a friend of mine showed me pictures in Jezebel magazine this afternoon.”
“Are you and Mona all right?”
Vic snorted and searched for words to explain to Nick what was going on in his marriage and, at the same time, imagining how photos of Heather and him in Chicago would’ve looked. He let out a loud sigh. “We’re having some issues right now.”
“What’s she thinking? He’s younger than I am.” Nick sounded dumbfounded.
Vic’s eyes stretched. “That’s the only thing you have a problem with?”
“No, but it just seems out of character for Mona. Is she seeing him?”
“I don’t know. Please don’t mention this to Mama or Daddy, okay?”
“Don’t worry. They won’t hear it from me, but you know Mama’s had a subscription to Jezebel for as long as I can remember.”
Nick was right. Vic recalled seeing the publication on the cocktail table in his parents’ house. “Oh, hell. Let me get out of here before Mama comes home. Thanks for showing me these. Tell the rest of them I said goodnight.” He slipped out of the front door unnoticed and got into his car with volcanoes erupting behind his eyelids, wanting nothing more than to destroy this punk who had the barefaced boldness to put his hands on another man’s wife. His wife. The steering wheel suffered the brunt of his anger as he pounded it several times.
Beneath the anger, he was tormented by conflicting emotions. Seeing Mona receive the obvious attention of another man filled him with rage, but his anger was clearly unjustified, considering he’d done the same thing. In fact, what he’d done was even more intimate. Confronting her would make him a hypocrite. If there was one thing he despised, it was a man who pretended to have virtues he didn’t actually possess, and he was that man at the moment.
